Choose pickup in Dubai or request delivery to a UAE address. The checkout and order page show what happens next.

- Select pickup during checkout and provide the date needed. The team confirms when and where the order will be ready.
- Bring the order number or the customer mobile number. Inspect fragile products at handoff and transport them level, cool and protected from direct sun.
UAE delivery
- Delivery requests can be submitted for addresses across the UAE. Availability, fee and timing depend on distance, product suitability, order value and courier capacity.
- Where a delivery zone has a fixed fee, it is included in the total. Otherwise the team confirms the quote before payment.
Address and recipient
- Provide the building, street, community, emirate and any access instructions. Keep the supplied mobile number reachable around the delivery window.
- A re-delivery or waiting charge may apply when an address is incomplete, access is unavailable or no recipient can accept the order. The team will explain any charge before arranging another attempt.
Timing and condition
- Bezhy Cake Cafe and its delivery partners take reasonable care with timing and handling. Traffic, weather, building access and events outside reasonable control can affect arrival.
- Report a material delivery or product issue promptly, with the order number and clear photographs where relevant, so it can be reviewed.
