BEZHY CAKE CAFE INFORMATION

Ordering terms

These terms explain the practical agreement between Bezhy Cake Cafe and a customer placing an order through this website.

Orders and confirmation

  • Submitting checkout sends an order to Bezhy Cake Cafe. An order is accepted when the bakery confirms availability, the requested date and any custom details.
  • Standard menu items may proceed directly to payment when the final total is known. Custom work and manually quoted delivery remain subject to confirmation before payment.
  • Please check names, dates, messages, quantities, contact details and addresses carefully before submitting.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in AED and include VAT where applicable. Any delivery charge is shown separately before payment.
  • Online card payments are processed by the connected payment provider. An order is treated as paid only after a verified capture is received.
  • If a displayed price or total is clearly incorrect, Bezhy Cake Cafe may correct it before accepting the order and will contact the customer.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

  • Contact Bezhy Cake Cafe as soon as possible if an order needs to change or be cancelled.
  • What can be refunded depends on the order stage, ingredients purchased, custom work already completed, delivery costs and applicable consumer rights. Any approved refund is recorded against the original sale.
  • Perishable or personalised products cannot always be resold, so late changes may not be possible.

Pickup and delivery

  • Pickup and delivery times are confirmed windows, not guarantees against events outside reasonable control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address, reachable mobile number and a person able to receive the order.
  • Product care passes to the customer or authorised recipient at pickup or delivery handoff.

Product appearance and allergens

  • Handmade products can have natural differences in colour, placement and finish. Reference images guide the design but do not create an exact-copy guarantee.
  • Customers must disclose allergy concerns before ordering and wait for direct confirmation. The menu alone should not be used to decide that a product is allergen-free.

Contact

  • Questions or problems should be raised promptly using the phone or messaging details shown on the website so the team can review the order record.
